In 1933, he organized and led the Korea Anarchist Federation in Northern Manchuria. He also enrolled in the “Korean People's Association in Manchuria” and went to Shanghai with Baek Jeonggi and Jeong Hwaham. In 1935, he killed Lee Yeongro, a pro-Japanese collaborator and was executed in 1936. He was posthumously awarded Medal for Founding the Nation in 1963.
